Concept Development

Don’t have CAD files yet? No problem. We start by developing your concept, defining shape, dimensions, and key structural elements. Critical aspects like hinges, joints, and connection points are carefully considered to ensure functionality and manufacturability.

Parts Optimization

We review all the components of your plastic product and determine the best approach for 3D printing, assembly, and future mass production. Whether your design is part of a larger product or a standalone item, we make sure everything is fully optimized before finalizing the design files.

3D CAD File Creation

CAD files serve as detailed 3D models containing all necessary dimensions and specifications. These files are essential for both 3D printing and mold manufacturing. We create industry-standard CAD files that can be used for prototyping, mass production, and mold fabrication.

Plastic Product Prototype

Using high-quality 3D printing, we produce a functional prototype that allows you to test and refine your product before full-scale manufacturing. If adjustments are needed, we update your CAD files and reprint using the best material for your application.

Mold Creation (If Needed)

Once your prototype is finalized, we can proceed with mold creation for large-scale production. Unlike most 3D printing services, we provide full injection molding, blow molding, and other plastic fabrication processes to suit your production needs. If you’re not ready to scale yet, we can continue producing small batch 3D-printed parts until you are.

Mass Production and Quality Control

When you're ready to scale up, we manage the entire mass production process while ensuring strict quality control at every step. Whether you need low-volume 3D printing or high-volume injection molding, we guarantee precision, consistency, and cost efficiency for your product.
